Далее идет Самара (4,8 года) и Владивосток (3,9 года).

Аналитики bnMAP.pro считали нереализованные остатки квадратных метров по самым активным рынкам новостроек в стране по состоянию на май (без учета выхода новинок в будущем). Далее они рассчитали количество лет, которое потребуется для продажи этих объемов с учетом среднемесячных темпов продаж. Данные о сделках были взяты с июля 2024 года (после отмены массовой льготной ипотеки) по апрель 2025 года. Расчет был произведен на основе данных Росреестра по дате регистрации материнской сделки, то есть первичной сделки без учета дополнительных соглашений и перерегистраций.
