«Росморречфлот» незаконно уволил жителя Светлого раньше срока

Федеральное бюджетное учреждение «Морская спасательная служба Росморречфлота» выплатит более 270 тыс. руб. в качестве заработной платы и компенсации незаконно уволенному сотруднику.
В августе 2017 года с иском в Светловский городской суд обратился бывший электромеханик по автоматике, который заключил срочный трудовой договор на период с 18 июля по 22 ноября 2017 года с Северным филиалом «Морской спасательной службы Росморречфлота». Однако 3 августа работодатель ознакомил его с проектом приказа о расторжении договора на основании п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 77 Трудового кодекса РФ (в связи с истечением срока трудового договора).
Посчитав свои права нарушенными, истец обратился в суд и указал в иске, что договор был расторгнут раньше срока. Кроме того он не был предупрежден работодателем о предстоящем увольнении за три дня.
Суд подтвердил правоту истца и признал увольнение работника незаконным. В итоге с ФБУ «Морская спасательная служба Росморречфлота» в пользу истца взыскан средний заработок за время вынужденного прогула в сумме 255,5 тыс. руб., компенсация морального вреда в размере 5 тыс. руб. и расходы на оплату услуг представителя в сумме 10 тыс. руб., а всего 270,5 тыс. руб.
Решение может быть обжаловано.
