Стоимость квартир среднего качества в старом фонде региона увеличилась почти на 6,9 %: с 92,8 тыс. руб. в 2023 году до 99,2 тыс. руб. в 2024 году. В 2015 году цена “квадрата” в типовой квартире была меньше почти в 2,2 раза (45,7 тыс. руб.).
